AV Reserve Collection

Videotape programs that need to be viewed by many people within a short period of time may be placed in AV Reserve. Items in the AV Reserve section of the collection usually have restricted circulation. They either do not circulate at all (may not be taken outside the library) or circulate for less than the normal one week period--usually for only 24 hours. If multiple copies of the same program are made available, often one or two copies do not circulate and the remaining copies may circulate for one or three days.

The AV Reserve Collection is located in the first three stack ranges of the AV collection.

Items located in AV Reserve are listed in ALOE, the library's catalog. In addition to author, title, and subject search, items may also be located in the ALOE Reserve Desk module searching by Instructor, Course Name or Course Number.
