The Alzheimer's Disease Education & Referral Center posts "The Alzheimer's Disease Clinical Trials Database" which "is a joint project of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the National Institute on Aging (NIA) maintained by the NIA's Alzheimer's Disease Education and Referral (ADEAR) Cener."
This page lists selected trials in treatment and prevention of Alzheimer's Disease from ClinicalTrials.gov, the U.S. government database of studies investigating experimental therapies. Trials included here are recruiting participants at more than one U.S. location. The government database includes many additional trials being conducted at a single research center.

The Canadian Alzheimer Society has a slightly different emphasis than their American counterparts in that they include links to resources in many other languages, “Resources for People With Alzheimer's Disease,” resources for children and audiovisual material. They also offer a “Safely Home Registry” to assist police in returning potential wanderers safely home.
The mission of the Alzheimer’s Association is “to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.”
